It’s simple to implement.  Here are the steps:

  1. Buy each of your members the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book (which includes an assessment code) or purchase the assessment code on gallup.com. It is around $20. 

  2. Have each employee take the assessment and share their results with you.

  3. Buy your team lunch. If doing virtually, pay for your team to have Door Dash delivered.

  4. Have each person talk about their strengths and what they thought of the results.
